The service was excellent right from the go from handing our paperwork, to the hotels, the couch transfers, the constant updates via whatsup, the ziyara ect was brilliantly done. Our group leader Feisal was exceptional, professional, very caring and reassuring. He constantly inqured whether we were alright from the start of the journey at the airport, during the jamarats,the ziyara until we left for our return journey. He was polite enough to say goodbye.
