“During our relocation back to the UK, we stayed at Lion Gate Mews for 2 months. Was meant to just be for a month, but we ended up extending for an extra month due to some personal circumstances. I really can't remember how I stumbled on this gem of a serviced apartment, but we were looking for a self catering apartment where we could cook since we had to go into quarantine upon arrival. Upon arrival, Mark arranged everything we needed and upgraded our room to the next category as he knew we had to quarantine and the room we booked might have been small. Everything from service, to the cooking utensils, to the washing machine (downstairs) to all the gadgets was in perfect working condition. The rooms were very spacious with nice beddings and bath amenities. Cleaning was done once a week and oh my ..you can't go wrong with the location. The location of this place is Spot on.. Right by the the entrance of Bushy Park & Hampton Court Palace and 5 minute bus to Kingston High Street, you really cannot go wrong.. A BIG thanks to Mark and his team for making us feel at home during the last few weeks and we will be sure to refer all our friends who visit London looking for a perfect serviced apartment close to Hampton Court Palace.”

“The location is fabulous and the suites are gorgeous. All the home comforts and more .Everything you need is walkable , cleanliness is amazing and decor /comfort brilliant . “Fantastic Stay Joanne the manager is priceless, all the staff are chatty and fantastic. Second time I have stayed at The Kings Arms. This time with my family and we booked the family suite Double Bed and bunk beds for the kids in a seperate room, Great bathroom with big bath and shower. Breakfast was fabulous and cooked fresh to order. Have recomended the hotel to friends and clients alike 10/10”

“A nice slow trip up to Hampton court on the boat you can get refreshments teas coffees beers and snacks very friendly captain and bar staff.”

“Stayed in the Catherine Parr Suite for 3 nights across our wedding in August (bank hol). The room is beautiful - large, clean, comfortable, complimentary mini-bar (+ welcome wine and cookies), efficient room service and has views over to the Palace. The meal we had there was really good quality and the breakfast selection is good too (although a shame cooked breakfast isn't included unless you're in a suite). The staff were all helpful and friendly and any issues were dealt with quickly. Staying again in December!”
