“Booked all of the Heathrow living apartments for the night before our wedding for my family coming in from abroad. The service from start to finish was absolutely excellent! Martin went out of his way to help me organise splitting people over the various apartments and was very helpful dealing with such a large booking. The flats themselves were immaculate and ready for us with towels, and lonely little details like boxes of cereal, tea and coffee. Really close to the airport and easy to get to work parking and the large Tesco only a few minutes away and plenty of eating out options and just eat delivery options. Can't recommend enough!!”

“We shipped our three parrots from the US to the UK with Amber, who did a fantastic job as our customs clearing agent. She was thorough, knowledgeable and most of all kind. Bringing parrots over is very complicated and she was able to help us with many of the details that weren’t obvious to a first-timer. When a paperwork error from our vets (not Airpets’ fault!) caused the birds to stay a couple extra days at a quarantine facility, she had excellent communication with us and even advocated for our disabled bird to receive the care he needed while quarantining. I’m very grateful to Airpets, they provided us great peace of mind amongst a stressful move.”

“Would definitely say here again the location is fantastic stone's throw away from the River Thames a great pub over the road (The Swan) which is right on the Thames Rooms are great for what we needed, would probably sort the shower head out because we turned it on and it flooded the bathroom because it sprayed everywhere. Hinge on the door of the wardrobe needs screwing back into place, but small petty things. Would 100% stay here again. Especially with it because a stones throw away from Thorpe Park & Legoland.”

“Myself and my work lads from Manchester stayed in Bridge house on and off for a month, the apartments are absolutely fantastic. The cleanliness is the best we have come across working away and we are away alot, the apartments are modern contemporary very well designed and great space with high quality appliances plus tvs. We had both a 1 bed and 2 bed apartments and both were equally good. No problems at all also they use the Klevio app which are keys through phone app great idea really easy to use It has parking and all the things you need being away from home. There is nothing i can fault at all with them. If you are looking for a place in the Staines area which is right in the heart of it for work or break then i would recommend these i know where we will be staying if we return again. The Lady i have dealt with Linda was very professional and easy to talk to helped with everything fantastic service and accommodation!! 10/10 from us at J A Downie Flooring Ltd, Manchester”

“We’ve been very impressed right from our first contact with Home from Home. Martin and Emily were very responsive and thorough when dealing with our registration and first booking. They were able to find a carer who’s experienced with our breed, which was very important to us. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful carer! She sent us regular ‘pupdates’ and we were able to enjoy our break safe in the knowledge that our dog was having a lovely holiday too! “Perfect for what you pay for, cheap and cheerful and near the airport. The staff are so lovely. Marco was in bed and got up to unlock the door as I had left my jacket in the bar (after hours). The drinks are cheap and it has pool and darts. Would definitely recommend. Marco is a legend!!”
