“Can't fault this hotel at all! Cheapest family room we could find in London on an otherwise expensive weekend, £93 between 3 of us, great value compared to anywhere else we found. It is well-linked to central London via the Thameslink (Morden South) or Northern line (Morden). Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming so it was nice to be felt like we were cared for by the staff. The room was clean and spacious, nothing to complain about at all. Quick check-in and check-out process as well so that was convenient.”

They have drinks , food , meat , sweets , pet food , vegetables , fruit , dairy , celebration cards and event based things , medicinces and bakery items. Free parking and 1 disabled access parking . Bike racks available .”

“I would rate Tour Designers with 5 stars, they were extremely helpful when we wanted to change our ticket at the last minute due to emergency circumstances. We had already checked in online, and didn’t know what to do, but when we called the emergency number at 4am they picked up within 2 rings, and the person on the other end gave us clear instructions as to what to do with the airline. Within less than 5 minutes, a gentleman called Aravind rang me and explained to me all the cheapest options to change the ticket, and shortly after we were able to change the ticket at the cheapest price. I must mention that the staff were very friendly, despite the call being placed in the early hours of the morning, and very patient, displaying excellent professionalism. I’d like to thank Tour Designers and their staff and totally recommend them to anyone who reads this.”

“In December 2018 we went to London and were welcomed by Mr Leandro, the reception we always dreamed of, first time in Europe and he surprised us, we had a few days to stay and he took us to the tourist spots and we managed to enjoy all the wonderful things that London has! “We booked a taxi to Gatwick from Morden at 6.45am on a Sunday morning, only 24 hours before due to the rail strikes. We were slightly early and able to wait inside the offices, and then our taxi was also early. The price was very reasonable and much cheaper than all other quotes we obtained. We would recommend the company and use them again in future!”
