You pay the bus by tapping your contactless card on the reader when you enter. The hotel was clean, quiet and easy to navigate. Rooms were like every other Premier Inn. Sure, it may look a bit outdated but it’s safe, clean and does the job. I also felt safe as a female traveller, as you need to swipe your card at checkpoints to access various areas and a door chain is present by the room door. Additionally there’s a McDonald’s right next to the hotel, great for a cheap breakfast.”

Slightly dated fittings and the sound proofing wasn't great (some noise through door and walls), but neither was a significant issue. Overall, good value and I would go again.”

Bringing parrots over is very complicated and she was able to help us with many of the details that weren’t obvious to a first-timer. When a paperwork error from our vets (not Airpets’ fault!) caused the birds to stay a couple extra days at a quarantine facility, she had excellent communication with us and even advocated for our disabled bird to receive the care he needed while quarantining.
