She has been thorough and patient with me and I feel as though she has really taken care and time to make sure I am happy with my teeth. “It is such a shame when someone trashes the business and staff that you are so proud of.  Our ladies did not scratch their floor, nor their stone fireplace.   We showed the pictures to a flooring  / stone expert who said that it was unlikely that the scratches were caused by a hover as considerable force would have needed to have been applied.  Never-the-less as a good will gesture we offered to pay for part of it.  Although that offer was withdrawn when this message and a similar one was posted on facebook.  To say I got aggressive is just not true, I was out of the country and my Office manageress handled it all.  If you would like more about this please feel free to contact me.  I have transcripts of all the calls and emails to and from my office to substantiate the above.”

“Bought Spyder Performance plenum and 82mm throttle body for my 996 3.6. Fitting was tight - took about an hour of swearing and bloody knuckles, but that was operator error rather than the product design! Once installed, the unit is perfect. I was looking for a solution to fit the 82mm GT3 throttle body to my 996 as I felt the the majority of the performance gains were to come from taking away the biggest restriction in the intake stream - the throttle body. Every other part in the intake has a larger cross sectional area than the old throttle body, so I went looking for a cost efficient way to fit the 82mm throttle body. The Spyder Performance part was well made, fit perfectly and became part of my project to try to release a few more horses from my C4S. Full mod list: BMC Filter Resonator delete, removal of resonator box & cap 82mm GT3 Throttle Body Spyder Performance Plenum Topgear 200 Cell crossover cats Designtek Switchable back boxes DMS Custom Rolling road remap”

“I broke down on M25 Sunday evening, it was freezing cold. RAC were going to take 4 hours to recover. These guys came out within one hour and recovered my vehicle to a garage 25 miles away. They were all super nice and efficient and basically saved me. I highly recommend them.”

“Absolutely outstanding customer service. Went to them to map my Rally Subaru Impreza WRX ahead of an event this weekend and there were issues with the new turbo that had been fitted. Both Neil and his team mate, worked from 12 when the issue was found, until 8 pm that evening without a break. They loaned me a replacement turbo, replaced the turbo and remapped the car again so that i could make the event this weekend. I expected that come 5:30 or 6pm latest that they would have shut the shop and asked me to come back the next day...I was totally taken aback at their dedication to getting it in shape so i could race it. I have used them on 3 seperate occassions over a 15 year period and i would highly recommend them as a business and will without doubt use them again. Straight talkers, professional, clean and tidy workshop. Cannot recommend enough.”

“My wife and I have just spent a very enjoyable day at the Willows birds of prey centre at Coolings Lifestyle, Knockholt, Kent. We did the one day, Introduction to Falconry course. In the morning we were instructed by Jill who went through a good selection of owls with us which we flew and handled. Jill was very knowledgeable and does indeed keep her own birds. After a light lunch which is included in the price of a ticket in the Coolings cafe, we then had an afternoon session with a keeper called Josh, who went through a lot of the birds of prey with us. Again a very knowledgeable chap who has been there quite a few years and also has birds of his own. We have been to willows before on a day ticket for a look to see what it was like before deciding to do the falconry course. In all a very enjoyable day for both myself and my wife and we would highly recommend this centre. We hope to go again next year. Thank you all, for a great day.”

“New Years Eve set 3 course meal with an excellent choice of starters and mains followed by traditional dessert. We were greeted with a glass of 'champagne.' There was a singer who was extremely good and fireworks at midnight. We were a table of 4 friends and we all had a fabulous night. We spent a little more than an average evening but it was of course for a very special occasion. The Rajdani is a must to try, whether eating in or taking out. Always first rate.”
