They didn't raise any issues with me taking my pet into the car, the telephone communications were very prompt and efficient, I was updated by text to confirm booking and driver's destination, and the driver was very professional - arrived ahead of schedule (which was particularly important as I was on a deadline) and was very friendly - most would not tolerate a whining pet in their car!
