“When your Italian friend admits that the pizzas are good here, you know that this chain is doing something right. My first visit to Waterloo and the Margherita Buffalo was great. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and let us enjoy the pizza without constant interruption. They haven't expanded recklessly and keep both quality and consistency high. I occasionally try the guest pizzas when they don't have meat on them (pizza should never have weird meat or pineapple on it). So the Lower Marsh branch is laid back, has good outdoor space and I will return soon.”

“I tried Pizza Union's Margherita pizza and it was like a culinary teleportation to Italy. The pizza was made super quick, Italian-style and the thin crust was a perfect base for the simple yet delicious toppings. The sauce was tangy and the cheese was melty and just the right amount of gooey. It's definitely a good shout for pizza in London! The only downside was that the place tends to be packed with students, but hey, they have great taste in pizza! The staff were friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was lively and fun. “Super tasty pizzas. Great vibe and lovely service. My only suggestion would be to get a door closer, as it stays open with people and deliveries coming in and out, and it can get a bit chilly. Everything else, excellent. We’ll be coming back!”

“I really love their pizza and have been a regular customer since they opened the shop. The staff are nice and my order has always come to me quickly and was hot and fresh. The ingredients are high quality and delicious. I’ve told friends about it but thought I should write a review to let folks know. In Richmond they’re my go to for a nice night in. Update: I ordered again this evening and I messed up my order on a Deliveroo. I gave them a call and they looked after it without any issue. Really great service. Thanks guys!”

“Always busy in there. Food came out quickly. Was a bit disappointed that they had taken alot of salads off the menu. I know its winter but it's so mild and they are a nice healthy option. “Lovely vibrant place with friendly waiters and good food. I went on an open mike day where people went to sing with the band. Really fantastic experience. The people who went up to sing were incredibly professional and many did their own version of cover songs. Book your seats as it became crowded very quickly.”
