-
The Lord Nelson, Brentford
● Closed“A brilliantly friendly pub, with very welcoming staff. We had the best time on Christmas Eve with a large group of adults and children in their beautiful garden. Food was delicious, staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful, and the atmosphere was amazing. Can't wait to come back for more of the same, thank you all.”

No food or sport channels at this time. Nice sitting in the garden on a sunny evening. Dog friendly, Room to park bikes securely.”

Galata Pera
● Closed“A top-quality restaurant offering a delicious menu with excellent service. The food was well cooked and nicely presented. Once the meals were served we were left alone to enjoy the flavours. It is located next to the river which encourages a relaxed experience. Good vegetarian options as well.”

Kings Arms
● Open“Lovely lunch menu, very friendly staff and a nice cosy environment. Highly recommended”

The Weir Bar
● Closed“Celebrated a special birthday here. Began with 2 for 1 cocktails - the Tuesday night offer. Wouldn’t make the same choice again. We ate Oysters and Padron Peppers to start, followed by sharing Chateaubriand with a bottle of red French wine. Amazing & why we will return! The waiter was pleasant and helpful. He allowed us to keep the table for the evening, so no rush to order food or leave when finished eating. From the outside, the place looks quite pretentious with a dress code sign on the inner door. Whatever ‘smart dress’ means, jeans with a tee shirt & a tracksuit were worn by others without any fuss. Christmas tree & decorations are up!”
