When I tasted the food, there was no regret and we really enjoyed. It was our first time to eat Iraqi cuisine and the food was excellent! We tried the lunch deal and I can say the value for money was great. The staff were so accommodating and very polite! They have also given us some complementary tea which was amazing with the Muhallabia. I will definitely come back.”

Also great in this small restaurant was that one of the main guys there was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Under new management and ownership, with now a great atmosphere in a wonderful location, a short distance from East Croydon Station, with lovely welcoming staff, a brilliant catering team preparing amazing Afro-Caribbean Food. The lamb was so tender with no fatty parts (like other restaurants with this type of cuisine). Food was hot and delicious, plus the staff were super efficient and friendly. Inside seating set the ambience for the Persian part of the world. Loved that you can bring your own drink and pay a small corkage charge... very pleasing indeed. Will definitely be going back!”
