“My Pomeranian has been groomed in Teddy Bear since they are newly opened. Tracy does the groom very professional! My fur baby is now 16 and has many health problems all in a sudden that I cannot deal with his groom by myself. However Tracy never turn me down and help as much as she could. She loves dogs whole heartedly and I would recommend Teddy Bear for everyone especially who has Pomeranian.”

“Our three year old son attended the Watford Boys and Girls Nursery over summer of 2020 while we temporarily stayed in Watford and we had a great experience. The staff was very accommodating and caring. They were very kind with our son, who is a bit shy and introverted and they helped him with his lunches (he is also a very picky eater). They quickly discovered his favourite games and made sure to have them handy for him. We felt very happy with the service provided, especially with their warmth and attention to his personality as well as their general flexibility and responsiveness, and we would strongly recommend this nursery!”

“Kids idea of heaven. Toys are piled high and low. It’s a wonderful sight. Staff friendly and happy to help you find what you need. Store is really tidy and neat. Lots of stock and shelves always full. Perfect place for getting toys and gifts. They have a huge of different ranges and the prices that suit all budgets. They have a car park that is free for a certain amount of time. It’s usually not very busy. This car park is separate from the Tesco one. Watford high street train station is just a few minutes walk away. Staff member called Jay was very helpful. He made sure I had what I wanted. He didn’t mind me asking him loads of questions and happily and helpfully answered them all.”

“I just think Parents Paradise is a brilliant place to have a party. It is safe and secure and the party hosts for our daughters party were brilliant. It's also very clean and the food is fantastic. I am really pleased with it. Before the pandemic there were talks about a membership for soft play, I hope they reconsider this.”

“I just came in to purchase a shelving unit. I wanted to say a particular thanks to Lewis and the team in the branch. I was standing in front of the product and wondering how I would manage to take the item to my car, I didn't want to bother the team as they were busy with their tasks. Lewis approached me and asked if I needed help in a very friendly and cheerful manner. As a branch manager for a retail store myself I wanted to take the time to thank Lewis and make sure he was recognised for his natural initiative. “Great customer service from Bon who works in the backyard. I was looking for a product and there was no staff on the shop floor. I saw him near the entrance of the store room and asked his help. He tried his best to find the product but couldn’t locate it. I was about to leave the store and he came quickly and informed me that he found the product and took me where it was. He is a great example for great customer service and this rating is given purely for his service.Should have staff like him on the shop floor to help customers .”
