“Our tour guide, Rachel was the best! We had just come off of a fairly active cruise around the United Kingdom with 14 stops and we had already spent 2 jam packed days in London. To say we were tired is an understatement. Rachel, tailored our day with some walking and a ton of history. This lady knows London inside and out! I really wanted to see Abbey Road. She even snapped some pictures of us in the crosswalk. We also had Sunday Roast in a little pub. The perfect end to a great trip.”

“If you're looking for a high quality haircut, this is the place to go. I've been a regular for several years now, and the barber always, *always* shows supreme attention to detail. No matter if there are people waiting in the queue, or if you're the last customer of the day at 6:30pm, you're always getting nothing less than a perfect haircut. Last but not least, it's a very welcoming and friendly environment. It's always a pleasure to be back there, and I'm always leaving feeling 10 years younger :) Oh, and yes, it's only £22, so kind of unbeatable.”

“I was a complete beginner and tried a number of other classes before deciding on Salsa Tropical. My experience with others varied from good to absolutely off putting and discouraging. I eventually came across Maria's classes through Londonsalsa. Maria and her team are really great teachers. They are always attentive and observant, picking up on small details when you make mistakes to help improve your overall styling. There are several classes to ensure you are with others of the same level. Each class always has a male and female lead, who participate in all the exercises so they dance with you during the lessons. Great way to identify any mistakes. There is always a lot of emphasis on timing, technique, and styling, but above all, the environment is friendly, fun and supportive. Definitely recommend Salsa Tropical if you are looking to start or improve Salsa!”

We had an issue with a payment error and they immediately took action to resolve it. Eric help so much by translating and accommodating my family with any issues. “Μy experience at the pharmacy was short but very meaningful as I had the pleasure of meeting Kamal. First of all, the pharmacy is a great health structure that will be an example for other health scientists. I have found that the way he approaches health issues through functional medicine is particularly effective, as he deals with the root of the problems and is not satisfied with soothing the symptoms. “We had an amazing 3 night stay on The Harpy, using this unique houseboat as the base for celebrating our micro wedding. Relaxing was easy as it was very spacious, well equipped and had so much charm and character. We loved learning about the history of the boat and continually spotting the little details in the décor, making the venue all the more special. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby but we dined on deck as it was hard not to take full advantage of the unparalleled views of Tower Bridge and the City. We were lucky with the weather and the evening light at sunsets gave this view a magnificent backdrop on one side whilst at the same time mirroring on the glass buildings of Canary Wharf on the other. We loved everything about our stay, this place is a real London gem!”

“I had a lovely breakfast here this morning. It was absolutely delicious and prepared so quickly! The coffee was amazing and my partner and I felt so welcomed by the staff. As an added bonus, I was so surprised at how reasonably priced the items were! We had two large breakfasts and two iced coffees for just over £15! Great experience - cannot reccomend enough :)”

“I really love this concept. This was my second time in London and eating at Flat Iron this year and they didn't disappoint. Once you walk in, they get you seated, bring you a cup of popcorn immediately while you're waiting for the service to make your order. The steak is delicious and once you're paying you'll get a small "coin" for an exchange for the ice cream at the bar as you're leaving. I love this concept! No extra charges for the popcorn and ice cream. Good job!”

“Exceptional service at the highest levels befitting of London and the Four Seasons brand. The resort took the time to know our family. Thus upon arrival we were greeted in our room with locally sourced chocolates, treats, and a British teddy bear for our child. This was wonderful after a long flight from the US. The suite was grandiose and spacious from top to bottom, this is impressive considering it's a modernized classic building in the middle of one of the most congested global cities. The same can be said about the spa and pool, truly a gem within the city. What they have done with the building is an architectural marvel, check out the mini replica in the foyer. The concierge desk was amazing, obtaining a table for us with no notice at their 2 star Michelin restaurant and retrieving a lost item after departure. The service put the experience over the edge. Only the best and brightest work here, and it's easy to tell, from the doorman to the dining room. Finally, the special attention to our child from all the staff was remarkable and thoughtful. This is how a luxury resort should operate, bravo!”

“It's a great gym, really clean and well kept, with top quality equipment and a lot of offered classes. The locker room facilities are top notch and the staff are helpful. There's even a pool, sauna, and steam room. Membership is a little pricey if you don't take advantage of the classes, but it's a cut above every other place I've trained at.”

“My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting London. Small hotel which is amazing. The staff are all lovely. The rooms are small but had what we needed. The bathroom and shower was so nice. We had breakfast on our last morning and it was amazing. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in London.”

“One of my rare 5-star reviews :-P. Check-in: Uncomplicated, and pleasant, with Peter explaining facilities available. Room: Wow. Large, spacious (by London standards), clean, and clean modern decor. Small functional kitchenette with microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Nespresso machine, tea, cookies, UHT milk. Bathroom equally spacious, with adjustable height shower (no rainfall shower, if that matters to you). Small settee at the end of the bedto stretch out and relax. Comfortable bed, with reading lights. Small table with chairs, for a quick bite to eat. Room relatively quiet, very little noise intrusion from outside, occasional noise from corridor, but all in all, pretty quiet. Facilities: Breakfast (7-11 weekdays) served at lobby lounge. Continental and simple; best to inspect prior to purchase to decide value for money. Lounge was clean and open to guests, with 24/7 coffee/tea available. Staff: Friendly throughout. Room wasn't serviced for 2 night stay, but that was OK with me. Location: A little bit of a walk from Underground or Overground station (15 mins brisk walk), but buses available. Lots to eat in the vicinity, looks like quite a thriving and mid-scale neighborhood. 10 mins brisk walk to the British Design Centre. (Minor) Grouses: No shower gel provided (but shampoo, tiny bar of soap and body lotion). More eco approach would be to provide dispensers for the above, rather than single use plastics. Detergent and sponge provided for kitchenette, but no dishcloth or disposable wipe (paper towels provided, though!) Summary: Modern, spacious, comfortable. Would stay again, in a shot!”
