“You don’t get a more authentic Italian experience than this, from the Italian banter to the incredible tasting food. I see some reviews say food has taken a while but everything is prepared fresh and from scratch, this isn’t pizza express where you’re in and out and they are always busy which is a testament to just how popular they are. For this type of food the price is very reasonable and the hosting is personal and fun. I’d recommend to anyone.”

“Easy to book and update. Alerts sent in advance of trip. SMS and email alert nearing your arrival. The driver is super attentive - even calls and SMS beforehand. Comfortable, hassle-free, and safe journey to hotel. Why bother figuring out where you need to go with public transport or wait endlessly at cab queues that may not be the most reliable. My 1st time using and I would use them again for future trips.”

“This is the first time that we've tried this food outlet and we were very pleased with it, especially as it is a small, local shop, which has no similar cuisine as competition. “Went to jd sports in staines today so my son could redeem a Fashion favourites gift card that my son was given as a gift. The staff were very helpful and patient as we tried, tried and tried again, we were in the shop for over an hour trying to redeem the card. Unfortunately to no avail then one off the staff suggested changing the card for another gift card in store. Which I agreed to so they went off to see the manager to see if we could do that. However because JD Sports do not accept Fashion favourites gift cards due to problems, they suggested that I call them or better still go online and do a webcall as this would be free. Overall I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, patient and polite.”

“We ordered our food to be delivered to our house. The food was prepared and delivered in a very timely fashion. Most of the dishes came with a sauce, in a little airtight container so that it would not spill. The food was amazing. The mushroom or mixed fungus were the star of the show. The other dishes were just as great. The spring rolls were crispy and tasty, and considering they were in a container they didn't get soggy! Definitely a place to go, or order from!”
