“Hannah absolutely went above and beyond in not only her customer service but her professionalism too. At the end of a long shift she still has a smile on her face and as a result brought one to ours too. Nothing was too much trouble and Hannah even put some fresh pork on for our burrito. Hannah is a credit to your team and will be the reason we return to tortilla at bluewater. Daniella also gave some fantastic customer service and served us at the till with a smile to finish off our visit. What a great team you have at bluewater ensuring customers feel special and will return.”

“I am currently at Euston with heavy bags and a dog, so finding a place to stop and get food was difficult. However, when I got to Tortilla, I was greeted with a lovely welcome and smile from the lady serving (Aida) who told me to take a seat outside, and she would come out to me to take my order. All the stress I had travelling with the dog and baggage was removed - brilliant customer service. I’ll be back here for sure when I’m next passing through. Thank you Aida!”

“I was supporting a lady with a disability who wanted to try Tortilla for the first time and everything went well till we got ready to pay and found out this place doesn't take cash. My client was obviously upset and disappointed, as not being able to pay by cash takes away from her independence and the activities she enjoys doing on occasion like eating out. The staff was very gracious about the situation and offered to help out so in the end she was still able to have her meal. She did enjoy her naked burrito very much and she said she hopes to find another Tortilla who will take cash in the future.”

Half way through the meal a kindly horse was helping an old Mexican man eat his soup. Tirelessly attempting to scoop up the broth with his big powerful hooves. Wow.”

“I love this place! I have had burritos here several times and today I went for a naked burrito. It was amazing! The place is next to the Hammersmith underground. You may have to walk for a minute or two. It is easy to order, just tell them what you want, select your ingredients and you have your hearty meal!”

“First time trying Tortilla. Actually really nice. Everything works well together. Chilli sauce and guacamole and sour cream. The rice was nice flavour and the chicken was soft and also was really nice Staff was friendly, was a bit confused as there was lot of options but he took me through each option and what they were. “Walking around looking for somewhere to eat and happened upon this place. I did not know it was part of a chain at this point, so went in and ordered some food. I ordered a large burrito (meat) and a nachos main course too. I was blown away by not only the size but the quality of the two items, they were amazing. The staff in the store were so friendly and were genuinely keen to go through all the options with you. I sat in the store (it's not a restaurant per se, more like a place you can eat in or out) and had my meal. Next week I am back in London, I will be deffo making another visit to this store.”

“Very thoroughly packed Burritos that taste amazing. Got served by a nice young gentleman called Kye who served us at the Soho branch and then by chance again at Russel Square. He stuck in our minds as he was spoke a bit of Spanish with the people he served before us. Very pleasant”
