The young host was kind enough to help me select a meal deal that included their exquisite oven-baked Capricciosa Pizza with prosciutto, artichokes, mushrooms and olives + Bacon Wrapped Mozzarella. Grilled and served with paprika Dip + a Mini Tiramisu Savoiardi that was not half bad… all drowned with l’autentica Birra Moretti. 5 star service to match a real Italian soul fired meal.”

“Made a reservation before coming here on a Thursday night after work and was happy that we did because 15 minutes after we sat down the restaurant was already half-filled! Last time I came here was 4 years ago and this time round I ordered the exact same dish - Kaisen don, and its safe to say that this place managed to keep it's high standard! I was very happy with the food as the sashimi was extremely fresh, came in a big portion with a layer of rice at the bottom. Thoroughly enjoyed every single bite of it and even though it's now £15 more expensive than 4 years ago I thought it was a nice treat since I don't come here often. Service was friendly, only downside was that the waiters didn't seem to be attentive enough as we had to wait and eventually ask them to come over and take our order. Other than that we had a very enjoyable experience overall. The interior is very authentic, homely, Japanese style which made me feel like I was back in Japan. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Japanese food and I will for sure come back here soon to try other things on the menu!”

“Delicious pizza. Been here 3 times and each time flavours and freshness of ingredients have been consistent. Tomato sauce is both flavourful and plentiful. The sourdough base is thin and crispy. Go for the margherita with added garlic and chilli's, you won't regret it.”

“UPDATE I _think_ I visited here twenty years ago, however recent events and revelations suggest my recollection of the date I visited and other details may not have been as accurate as I had hoped. However I have now paid my bill in a full and agreed settlement, I hope this will close the matter. What remains certain is the quality of the food and service I received, as I wrote at the time: My daughter and her friends had a right Royal welcome and that was just the beginning - the service was fit for a Prince! And when I asked to change my order, the waiter said 'Dough balls with that sir? No sweat!' A truly memorable experience, I certainly won't forget this meal. And everyone was so discrete.”

“I really love their pizza and have been a regular customer since they opened the shop. The staff are nice and my order has always come to me quickly and was hot and fresh. The ingredients are high quality and delicious. I’ve told friends about it but thought I should write a review to let folks know. In Richmond they’re my go to for a nice night in. Update: I ordered again this evening and I messed up my order on a Deliveroo. I gave them a call and they looked after it without any issue. Really great service. Thanks guys!”

“Pizza, you can get a bit obsessive about pizza, the endless quest for the perfect pizza is akin to Arthur in holy grail or something. Brooklyn Pizza Crew understands that level of obsession, cheese is bang on, tomato good, base good and these combine to make an excellent pizza. Its not far off of a pizza from somewhere like Patsy's in New York which then means you have to then start trying to pick faults (surely there can't be a gold star pizza) so here is the only fault I can find... The base is not my personal 10 out of 10, it is VERY good but as with all subjective opinions its the only thing that stops me just moving to within walking distance of the shop. I also tried a vegan pizza, which was nice, though my continuous pizza quest standard choice is a margherita. As a brief side note, I had a short chat with Sebastian (owner) and he seems to be as into pizza as you could hope anyone to be, he was also very pleased that people are making the trip to come get pizza so go, go to the shop and get a slice, get a whole pizza, get a whole 20 inch pizza, it'll be worth it.”
