I am so pleased that I have picked Care Dental. Today, (07-02-23) I went in for a check up with Dr. Rachel and her assistant Anna. They checked my teeth, identified a hole and gave me a filling within 30 minutes. Dr Rachel was calming throughout and gave clear instructions for me to follow, which made me relax and feel more comfortable. I felt no pain during the whole procedure. I have also seen Dr Rachel previously, she is a brilliant dentist who understands the importance of rapport with her patients. This is also true of Dr Charles-Kariel who also puts me completely at ease and works on my sensitive teeth without causing any pain. “I suffered from an exceptionally bad case of frozen shoulder after having my first Covid jab in February 2021. I was trying to get this sorted via my doctors which proved to be nigh on impossible. I spent 5 months not being able to use my arm. I was given exercises over the phone!!! Rubbish. Anyway, short story is, I booked in with Jai in October. In 45 minutes my super hero got my arm moving. It hurt like mad but it was worth it. He said it will take 18months to get back to normal which, with his help and expertise I am grateful. He is a fantastic physio.
