“Despite a nightmare using the Halfords website / online booking etc, I contacted Halfords Autocentre directly as I urgently needed two tyres replaced on a car I'd just purchased for my son. I spoke with Christine at reception and she was excellent, personable, understanding and very helpful as was her colleague Phillip. All sorted now, I had 4 new tyres fitted for a great price, have now booked the car in for Brake Discs & pads next week. Great to get proper customer service. “From the initial booking-in phone call through to the dropping back off of my car, Rye Street were always professional and courteous. My car was picked up at the pre-arranged time and loaded onto a truck to take away. I thought this was great as I wasn't keen on my nearly new car being driven to a garage. Whilst my car was in the garage I was kept fully up to date by phone & text as to when the repairs would be done and when I could expect my car back. The pick up and drop off driver was so nice, paying attention to detail and delivering service with a smile. The 5 year paintwork warranty was a pleasant but much welcome surprise. Its great piece of mind with a lease car. All in all this has to be one of the most pleasant insurance repair experiences I have had.”

“Finally, after a few years i found a reliable mechanic!!! Service was impecable, got updated over the phone about the progress of the car as it had a major work done to it. All the swapped parts were shown to me. New ones and the ones that came off the car Was even asked if he is allowed to test drive it. Also, car was given back cleaned and spotless and a day earlyer than i was told initially. Everything was detailed and prices are very good comparing to other garages. Definitely would recomend going to Motortek if you need honest advice, good service and good prices.”

“Staff were absolutely outstanding, really friendly and helpful going above and beyond to make sure we had a nice visit. We used the car park and went for a walk nearby past the aerodrome before coming back for a fantastic Sunday roast with all the trimmings. Gluten Free option was excellent with gluten free Yorkshire puddings and gravy. Beef was melt in the mouth. Nice environment, toasty and warm, traditional layout with hard work having gone into halloween decorations. Really impressed and will definitely be back.”
