“I came in for a number plate. The young guy behind the counter who deals with the plates was really friendly and helpful. However the product that was sold to me was not the quality I would have expected from a 4.9* place. I went there coz the reviews were so good. The number plate lettering was really faded due to the machine being faulty. I was disappointed but since then I have been offered a full replacement and a humble apology. This goes a long way to customer needs, thank you very much. I would highly recommend to go the store for your local car and motorbike accessories. As I said before the staff are very welcoming and friendly and go along way for your needs.”

“Everything you need in one place! Some stuff takes longer to order than others but people need to remember half this stuff is from Europe/America and is not made in huge quantities…. Their website is easy to navigate with the parts diagrams on each page with a very extensive catalogue. I always deal with James in Trade parts and he’s always helpful.”
