“Great services called the brothers about a boiler problem with my mum and dad old Ideal boiler on Friday evening. They came inspected it on Friday did the usual checks at a very late hour, identified the issue. Came back Saturday with parts which was the boiler pump which was not working. “I contacted WG IT two weeks ago to get some information in what to do regarding my custom pc. It was low on storage and they suggested for me to get a new SSD and I also asked if they do a case change for a new aesthetic. We talked a few times and arranged a date for me to drop off my pc. I was informed throughout the whole time with their ticketing service and even got picture updates of my repair. It was done within a day and it was the perfect handoff.
