Counselling in Twickenham
● Open“Greg has been extremely helpful in my journey to rediscovering self-confidence. In his sessions, I feel like I can express anything I want to freely, without judgement and always knowing that I can take my time. We've explored a lot of background into the way early experiences have affected behaviour and how to move on and forwards through lots of intelligent conversation. His sessions aren't intimidating, but relaxed and up to you to choose what's discussed. I'd definitely recommend Greg to anybody seeking even someone to listen.”

The Life Coach London
● Closed“I came to Georgiana with a little scepticism of how beneficial these sessions would be. I was proved wrong on the very first session. The extended session for the first meeting is unconventional but it makes absolute sense to discuss what brings you to the sessions and what you want to achieve from them. This first session helps you form a good foundation and bond with Georgiana so the shorter sessions thereafter are more effective. I didn’t expect a life coach to be so dedicated to their individual clients but Georgiana takes the time, whether it be going over the designated time in our meetings or to touch base on several occasions on her own accord, to help motivate you when you need it most. This is not a ordinary form of life coaching/therapy. Georgiana creates a warm ambience in the sessions and you sense her passion to help you achieve your goals, all the while ensuring you are treated with empathy and kindness.”

Gail Berry Therapist and Emotional coach
● Closed“Gail has been instrumental in my mental as well as physical recovery from long covid. Through this process I have been able to work through past family trauma and dynamics as well as other things which have allowed me to break free from crippling anxiety I have had since being a small child. When I first started speaking to Gail I was having panic attacks few times a day, repetitive fear of death and could barely speak. I am now a completely different person and I am on a path of self love and discovery. Gail is different in her approach to 'therapy' and I see her as an emotional coach and alliance. Highly recommend!”

Lisa Inside Addiction - Counselling London
● Open“Luke has been amazing. He was exactly what I was looking for in a therapist, someone that I could talk openly with and on the same level. Sometimes we would work through exercises and other times we would just chat about what was going on. I have not had a drink in 4 months and with a bit of hard work from myself and awesome support from Luke here's to the next 4 and many more after :-)”

BG Counselling Psychotherapy London
● Open“I have used BG counselling on two occasions for both personal and professional reasons. A very tough situation at work required some time to reflect and reassess where I was going in my career. Bernie was able to provide an extremely practical and analytical approach that was sympathetic and understanding at the same time. I didn’t need to think twice about returning to her later for further counsel. Extremely pragmatic, encouraging approach to situations combined with technical cognitive techniques I have taken away a great deal from our sessions that I continue to put into practice today. Thank you Bernie.”

Scanlon Psychotherapy, Counselling & Hypnotherapy, East London
● Closed“After 25 years of suffering from migraines and having tried pretty much everything to find a cure, a friend recommended hypnotherapy. I was a bit dubious at first as to how effective this would be but I met Brid with an open mind (excuse the pun). Brid is very inviting and you instantly open up to her. My migraines are totally stress related, I would go through periods when life would be very stressful, even though I would ride through the stress and deal with whatever came my way, I often found it hard to articulate how I felt and sometimes it was a very lonely experience I had a session almost 2 months ago and I still listen to the recording religiously before I go to sleep. It has conditioned me to be a bit more forthright about how i feel about situations and now i am forcing my friends and family to sit up and take notice about how i feel instead of keeping it in and being taken advantage of. Since the therapy, i haven’t had a migraine yet which is a good sign. But if they do come back I know exactly who to call Thanks Brid”
