Asiatique Thai Restaurant - Richmond
● Closed431-433 Richmond Road, East Twickenham, Twickenham TW1 2EF, United Kingdom“Thank-you to the 2 lovely waitresses who made our Valentines so special, and to the amazing chefs for the incredible food. Myself and my partner absolutely love this restaurant every time we come. Service last night may have been a little slower than usual but it didn't stop us from appreciating every moment we spent in the restaurant and in fairness it was not their fault. We cannot wait to come back again soon! Thank you again ”

Addie's Thai Restaurant
● Closed“One of new top spots for Thai food. Must order Meaty raw prawns(Goong Numpla). Crab fried rice was a surprise. Tasty big chunks of white crab meats. Too spicy? Thai milk tea to the rescue.”
-
Thaiphoon Restaurant & Deli
● Closed“I am in love with this place! Everything is good quality, well presented, fresh and the family who run the restaurant are lovely. Good options for vegetarians too - standout dishes for me were the tom yum, tom kha gai, the chilli basil stir fry and laksa. The interiors are clean and suits the street food atmosphere they are trying to create. Fortune cookies are given in a little trolley at the end of your meal which is quirky and memorable. Thank you Max and Pai for a wonderful experience - we will be back soon!”

Tuk Tuk Thai Cuisine
● Closed202 Croydon Road, Beddington, Wallington, Croydon CR0 4PJ, United Kingdom“Edit 11 April: just ordered from Tuk Tuk for the third time and omg whomever was cooking tonight, kudos to them! Absolutely incredible and took me right back to Thailand! Loved the Tom yum rice and the chilli and basil pork stir fry with coconut rice!!! Holy WOW!!! 5 star and the best Thai takeaway in the area! Ordered drunken noodles, pad Thai and tom yum fried rice from here and I have to say, whilst it’s one of the best Thai’s in the area (Purley is seriously lacking), it could still be better. The pad Thai was lovely with lovely large prawns but the sauce tasted like it was from a jar rather than authentic tamarind. The drunken noodles were smokey and didn’t taste like authentic pad kee mow, but the Tom yum fried rice, in spite of not being fully authentic, was amazing! Really good flavours and good sized prawns. Overall, it tastes like someone not Thai, making Thai food. Apologies if this is incorrect, but just the way it came across in the cooking. Yes, I would definitely order from Tuk Tuk again as it was mega tasty, but it’s personally not authentic enough to satisfy my Thai craving.”

O'Cha Thai, London
● Closed“Great choice for takeaway, but we decided to have a sit in meal in this small and cosy establishment. Wonderfully fun ladies cooking and serving us. And the food was delicious and authentic. My friend's beef Pad Thai was a little chewy, but my beef Masamam was excellent and succulent. They just need to bump up the 3 star hygiene rating to draw in more punters.”

Thai Taste
● Closed“I was so surprised! From the outside it looks small, cramped and not special. However once inside it is so lovely, clean and classic. Everything is pristine and the staff are friendly. We over ordered because we planned on taking a doggy bag home, instead the food was so delicious we over ate and couldn't even make room for dessert. I am just so impressed, can't believe I waited this long to try it.”

Reun Thai
● Closed100 Fulham Palace Road, London W6 9PL, United Kingdom“Good Thai food ordered from here. Waiting to be able to sit down and try more off the menu. So far, not the best pad Thai in the area taste-wise, but still a good dish, very light compared to the competitors in the area, didn't feel stuffed after eating it, very tasty prawn crackers, I loved them, same with spring rolls. We'll definitely be back! UPDATE: went there for dinner. It is now my absolute n.1! So much better than the delivery, taste is great, portions and prices absolutely fair. Went back twice already!”

Meekhun Thai Bistro Hampstead
● Closed“I love Thai food, and this restaurant has been a wonderful surprise! Loved it!! Three of us went for a lunch catch up social, and had booked some 2 weeks in advance, and got the best table in the house, and note this is a very small bistro! First great thing, the list of choices is so long, and you can go a la carte, or set-menu. We went for the latter, 3-course - which turned out to be the best choice! I had the teriaki skewers for starter, it came really quick, and had this peanut sauce that was dreamy! My friend had a soup, and gave me a taste, it was so good! I may ask for soup next time! My main was the low-risk green curry, which i asked very mild, and so it came! Absolutely Gorgeous green curry!!! my friends were more adventurous, and had all the kick of strong Thai spices in theirs! For dessert, I asked for this Thai Tea icecream, as my other friend had ordered Thai Tea as a drink, and it was a little like a milk shake, and she gave me a taste, so I decided to go for the icecream! Best decision! Thai Tea icecream is the best icecream I tasted! ^_^ This Bistro in Gloucester Road/South Kensington is a gem! Will definitely be coming back for more, and soon! :)”

Nipa Thai
● Closed“Where to eat Thai food outside thailand, it's here baby! Located in a 5 star hotel, the venue is next to the tube station and walking distance to paddintong station. As you enter the hotel to make your way to the restrueant, you feel immediately calm unlike if you are on the street Infront of the resturant and there are people around you that you need to dodge and avoid. The resturant is is smaller than what I had imagined but i guess by having it smaller it feels more intimate, the staff are from Thailand ( I swear they probably know the menu inside out ) friendly and very happy to recommend any food. You can smell food all around you and while you wait for you food, you keep looking everywhere to see what people are eating or have ordered. By the time the food is served, your starving! The food is delicious and the flavour reminds me of asia. Come and try, I am sure you'll never regret it! Food is delicouse, the flavour does remind me of Asia, the smell just makes you hungry”

Supawan Thai Food
● Closed“Really authentic thai food, set in the beautiful surroundings of a day time florist, so plants and flora everywhere. The service and attention is very good, but the food really is top drawer. So tasty and very well presented, beautifully balanced dishes. We had Meiang Phuket (grilled prawns on cha-pruu leaves) which were superb, Thai Squid which was very nice, Som Tam papaya salad which was about as accurate as any ive ever had in Bangkok, and easily the best ive had in London, Gai Yang Gorlea (marinated chicken with coconut and curry) very nicer, and Beef Cheek Massaman curry - also excellent. It can get busy, so even if you book, you may have to wait a little, and it's a little pricey too (all the above (1 main & 4 small plates), 1 rice, prawn crackers and 5 small beers- £105), but it was worth both the price, and having to wait outside for 15 mins. Thoroughly recommended, I'll be going back.. when I can afford it!”

Nan True Thai
● Closed“This was part of a food court like establishment where you have common seating between multiple food stalls. The food here is wonderful with big enough portion sizes and very well priced. The ladies behind the counter were very nice and sweet too. I have tried ordering from here too and that is also always perfect. My go to place for thai food in the area.”

Kin Dee Restaurant
● Closed“Decent Thai take-away at a reasonable price, we've used a few times. I've never bothered with eating in but very busy on a Saturday night which is usually a good sign. They have a good range of options for different tastes, quite a few even vegan dishes. Ordering was quick and simple, staff are good and the delivery didn't take too long. Tasty dishes and delicious spring rolls.”
