We went as a group of 15 pre booked for a birthday, we seemed to have our own waiter, ready to take drinks orders at a moment's notice, but so quiet in the background they didn't seem to be too much attention, and were allowed to get on with our meal. The food was absolutely delicious. I've not had Thai for a long time but it's now my favourite. Everything was plated and served beautifully, the cocktails came quickly, the service was amazing, the staff. And freshness of food was perfect. Can't believe I haven't visited before. “Edit 11 April: just ordered from Tuk Tuk for the third time and omg whomever was cooking tonight, kudos to them! Absolutely incredible and took me right back to Thailand! Loved the Tom yum rice and the chilli and basil pork stir fry with coconut rice!!! Holy WOW!!! 5 star and the best Thai takeaway in the area! Ordered drunken noodles, pad Thai and tom yum fried rice from here and I have to say, whilst it’s one of the best Thai’s in the area (Purley is seriously lacking), it could still be better. The pad Thai was lovely with lovely large prawns but the sauce tasted like it was from a jar rather than authentic tamarind. The drunken noodles were smokey and didn’t taste like authentic pad kee mow, but the Tom yum fried rice, in spite of not being fully authentic, was amazing! Really good flavours and good sized prawns. Overall, it tastes like someone not Thai, making Thai food. Apologies if this is incorrect, but just the way it came across in the cooking. Yes, I would definitely order from Tuk Tuk again as it was mega tasty, but it’s personally not authentic enough to satisfy my Thai craving.”

“Where to eat Thai food outside thailand, it's here baby! Located in a 5 star hotel, the venue is next to the tube station and walking distance to paddintong station. As you enter the hotel to make your way to the restrueant, you feel immediately calm unlike if you are on the street Infront of the resturant and there are people around you that you need to dodge and avoid. The resturant is is smaller than what I had imagined but i guess by having it smaller it feels more intimate, the staff are from Thailand ( I swear they probably know the menu inside out ) friendly and very happy to recommend any food. You can smell food all around you and while you wait for you food, you keep looking everywhere to see what people are eating or have ordered. By the time the food is served, your starving! The food is delicious and the flavour reminds me of asia. Come and try, I am sure you'll never regret it! Food is delicouse, the flavour does remind me of Asia, the smell just makes you hungry”

“Their massaman curry with lab was delicious. Amazing prices for lunch and wonderful flavors. The curry was so decadent and had lovely little crunchy bits that I absolutely adored. Would absolutely go here again for their curry. I was in town for 3 days and you sure bet I had this dish for dinner 3 nights in a row; it got to the point where the woman at the front knew who I was and what I was getting.”

“This was part of a food court like establishment where you have common seating between multiple food stalls. The food here is wonderful with big enough portion sizes and very well priced. The ladies behind the counter were very nice and sweet too. I have tried ordering from here too and that is also always perfect. My go to place for thai food in the area.”

I've been to other Rosa's Thai but this was our first time here and honestly one of the best Thai food I've had for a long time in London. I asked for very spicy papaya salad and Thai minced salad and didn't expect they would cater to my needs. Every dishes brought me back home. The atmosphere was good and spacious. “We went on a Thursday evening restaurant was fairly busy with a nice atmosphere very buzzy local restaurant with chilled background music and nice low lighting with candles on the tables…. The mixed starter we had was exceptionally good and the wait between starter to mains was 20/25 minutes actually nice to have a chat in between and you could tell everything was cooked fresh instead of when it comes out in 5mins from the microwave in some other places we have been too. We had the salt&pepper squid the best I’ve tasted and the mossaman beef really delicious and tender the coconut rice was a large portion and the tempura cod with mild chilli and onion omg. We had so much food that we took home a doggy bag which we enjoyed again the next day. Overall a lovely local restaurant good traditional Thai food and good value we love this place.”

It's connected to the Taste of Siam restaurant next door which I have never been to, but I occasionally will visit the supermarket to pick up some fresh and ambient produce. The fresh herbs and vegetables are always of a good quality, and I can always get supplies such as spices and cooking liquids at a reasonable price. The staff here are friendly too, which is an added bonus.”

We ordered from the silver set menu, my friend chose 3 course which comes with the soup and I chose two course and we had more than enough food. All items were delicious & felt freshly made. They serve halal chicken so we asked to replace any other meat with chicken. Staff was very helpful & pleasant.”
