“People need to be realistic instead of complaining , it’s a car parts suppliers so why do you have such high expectations , your paying next to nothing for your parts , they are all Chinese Japanese imports , the counter and warehouse staff are all on minimum wage so how can you expect them to be overly enthusiastic ? There is always a long que because these places are understaffed because the upper management are cutting costs so the poor chaps in the workshop are getting overworked to the point they give up and do what they can . Instead complaining and expecting so much be a abit patient , if you want world class service go to the dealership and pay more than twice as much for your parts . If you want parts for cheap as chips deal with the service you get , some people in slough are deluded and have to high expectations - be real - you get what you pay for in life .”

“I found this by doing a search on Google as my young grandson's car had been hit in the rear whilst he was stationary and it needed some major bodywork repairs. Being new to the district he did not know where to take it. Sham was most helpful and gave us a very reasonable quote and as I was 200 miles away kept me informed by a series of pictures of what he was doing. He went the extra mile to allow the car to be ready for use by my gransdpn to come home on Christmas leave . The car now looks like new . I found his work to be of a very professional quality. We coped with payment from a distance too. I cannot praise him too highly and would recommend him for car body works and repairs.”

Was a pleasure to meet Raj and Jag who talked me through what I wanted out of the system, the type of sound, how it would be built - etc. I spoke to a few other shops before reaching out to PE and they didn't seem to care all that much about the customer or provide much by way of advice. An electronic valve control system was also a must for me, which Jag and Raj are happily able to do. If you want a top-notch quality system built to a high standard go to Profusion. My Audi TT was transformed! Can't rate them high enough.”

“A very professional, warm and welcoming nail bar. Covid safe- hand gel bottles everywhere, plastic screens between you and the technician but also in between customers, which i really like. Everyone wears a mask or visor. I felt really comfortable (I dont get my nails done regularly, only special occasions) and that is because the customer service is outstanding and everyone is friendly. The owner is also friendly and nice. Great attention to detail, good choice of nail colours and nice finish. My Shellac nails lasted nearly 4 weeks which just shows how amazing the quality of their nails are. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be returning!”

“First of all I am absolutely stunned to read the negative feedback below! I couldn't have had a better or more enjoyable service than I received. I booked my 2020 M2 competition in for a minor service, from first contact with John i knew i was going ahead with him (even though id been quoted cheaper elsewhere) he booked me in within a week which was a big convenience. John discovered an issue with my car that should have been addressed before i even collected it brand new never mind when it went in for its 1200 mile RIS service... Some apprentice had left it in transport mode so John had no access to the iDrive to update... Sorted within 5 minutes of him informing me of his troubles. Collected the car this evening and had a good chat with John and Debbie, two great people and I will not hesitate to head back for any future needs!
