Took just over an hour to install, really smooth service, just plugged in a laptop and let the coding do it’s work, Nadim explained how he’s BMW certified and really does know is stuff, plus is generally a really nice guy. The apple car play works flawlessly, it’s the official BMW CarPlay, so no lag at all (some android systems running CarPlay can be laggy). Overall an excellent service at a really good competitive price. Would definitely recommend”

Max diagnosed the problem whilst swapping the part and told me exactly the issue was. Rebooked, did the force regen and all working. Max also gave me some tips and recommendations to keep it sound and sweet. Can't recommend these guys enough.”

“Finding a reputable and trustworthy garage is far more difficult than it should be. I've been guilty in the past of skimping on my repairs and going to the cheapest quote. My car has suffered as a result. Beam MOT are honest, reliable and transparent. Prices are known up front, work is carried out in an extremely timely and transparent manner. I called at 10:15 this morning for a repair, I was told to bring the car straight away, problem was diagnosed and the part was ordered. I'm sitting here at 13:30 and the repair is already completed! I've had MOT's at Beam many times for previous cars and always felt like they were honest - I'm not taking my new car anywhere else. If you want a garage where you don't have to have that sinking feeling every time you walk in - I'd suggest Beam. “Jeff and the lot done an amazing job on my BMW 2 series engine which at first started misfiring leading to the engine to seize. They collected my vehicle and repaired using BMW parts. There were no hidden fees and the turn over was highly efficient. The process took around 3 days and I also received 6months warranty. I will be returning to them as advised for them to review my engine after 600miles”

“Very professional service from a garage that quite literally had my car 'dumped' outside their gates by the RAC one morning. Despite all the other work they had on, Oz worked with me to keep me updated with pictures, videos and phone calls almost daily while they diagnosed the problem. The car had a timing issue which damaged the engine. The engine was repaired along with some other outstanding issues left over from a rogue mobile mechanic. Really great service and turn around considering the Jubilee bank holiday weekend. I highly recommend this garage.”

“I had just bought a second hand car from a main dealers and was told that all of the car had been checked and the are no problems but they had to fit two new rear tyres because I had heard a noise from the back of they car when test driving the car. It turns out that the dealership had serviced the car from new and fitted new tyres before because of uneven wear on the rear of the vehicle so I decided to take it to Elite after a recommendation from a friend and the found that the tracking of the rear of the vehicle was set wrongly and the front was also out after they corrected adjustment the car drove so much better. My point being if a main dealership didn't spot the problem and Elite did then that must say that you need a specialist in that field to get things right! and Elite did that for me. So I'm very had with the outcome and I was kept informed of what they found before they went ahead with the work and the price it would cost.”
