“I contacted WG IT two weeks ago to get some information in what to do regarding my custom pc. It was low on storage and they suggested for me to get a new SSD and I also asked if they do a case change for a new aesthetic. We talked a few times and arranged a date for me to drop off my pc. I was informed throughout the whole time with their ticketing service and even got picture updates of my repair. It was done within a day and it was the perfect handoff. I really highly recommend these guys and will be coming back for more upgrades in the future!”

Had a issue charging phone, thought I had cleaned all fluff out of charging port but took it along to replace charging port and to my surprise there was a ridiculous amount still left. They ordered me a new part to replace the phone which was no longer needed and my phone has been repaired for no cost. I did offer some money for his time but he rejected. Not many honest people like this enough! thank you.”

“Great guys. Lovely service each time. Honest and professional to the bone. I once got there to look for a quick professional opinion on a job I had been quoted a few hundred quid elsewhere and a part I bought for a little over £400. After a test drive, they diagnosed the issue to be nothing but a quick bolt and nut job. They advised me to get a refund for the unused part. Can't rush them but the service sits up there with the best in local businesses. Great stuff.”

“I'm dealing with this garage more than 8 years and honestly as soon as you arrive Amir will come straight away to see your problem, and at the same moment giving you the options if it's minor problems he will direct his his team to repair without any delay, but if required major repairs while you are waiting will give you parts and labour cost and the time your car will ready unlike other garages keeping your car for long without any decision. I suggest everyone to visit and see the reality by yourself.”

“I’ve been going to Hamid for help since August 2020. He first helped me pick out the perfect laptop from his shop that I would be able to use for my new job working from home. He is one of the kindest people I have met I was an absolute stranger to him yet he treated me as a friend. Since then I have been back to his shop to have my phone repaired and my Chromebook and to buy different cables I have needed. Before I always panicked if I had a problem with my phone or laptop because so much of my life are on them. But since I’ve been going to Hamid I no longer stress because he always able to help quickly and for a reasonable price. My daughters car has been a real pain with the electrics - so I took the car into Double Dee Bromley - for a start the diagnostics was v quick which gave me the opportunity to choose what to do - aka get the work done or get rid of the car - I left the car with Double Dee for 24 hours, and they managed to source the parts cheaper than they originally quoted - I must say, I was surprised that there are still good honest garages out there - not sure of the chaps name, but just wanted to say a massive thank you it was a huge relief for my daughter and I.”
