“Honest, reliable, friendly and absolutely brilliant! Finally a mechanic you can trust to look after your BMW and I only wished I had found them earlier. After being quoted well over £3500 to repair a transfer box issue at a BMW main dealer and being treated to awful customer service there to boot, I had finally given up with main dealers. A quick search online and seeing such stellar reviews, I decided to give BMS a try and thank god I did. They booked the car in for an assessment, diagnosed the problem and suggested rather than change the whole unit they would try an oil change and reprogramming the unit instead. £117 pounds later, the problem was completely fixed, saving me thousands. I can't thank them enough. Brilliant mechanics with brilliant customer service. Don't search elsewhere, they are the best.”

When a member of the chain decided to add some drama to mix, Lynsey fought tooth and nail to help make sure the sale went ahead, which is exactly what you’re looking for when dealing with an estate agent. She was available outside business hours and remained in good contact throughout the process. I can confidently say we haven’t received this level of ‘service’ before.
