Their customer service is beyond superb and they truly care for each and every customer (something that you don’t generally get from franchise restaurants). Food is top notch on a consistent basis, and as a vegan I can confirm that they’ve got quite a few options even willing to change some of the non vegan options to fit you dietary requirements.”

We were staying at Doubletree Hilton, my wife rang for a delivery asap, You was very helpful on the phone and delivered 2 steaming hot pizzas in 15mins!! Top marks for the extra chillies on the veggie hot one. I have been eating Pizza Hut for 30 years and I would honestly say this was the best Pizza Hut pizzas I have ever had, My wife agrees too. My food just got delivered and not only was I missing my garlic bread but I received 2 boxes of wings which I thought I didn’t order. The driver had left and I headed straight to my phone to call and give whoever answered the phone a piece of my mind. I am sure everyone has experienced how annoying it is when your order gets messed up. To my surprise a very helpful Kerryn answered the phone, polite and helpful! Long story short, we both realised we both made mistakes with the order. He quickly de-escalated the situation and even managed to leave me laughing and smiling as the call ended. Now a days it’s hard to receive good customer service, so when it does happen you have to be grateful. Kerryn just for you I kept my word. Keep up the good job! I hope this gets you employee of the month :)”
