It was well organized, well planned and painless throughout. Dr Bhakti and nurse Maria put great effort and time into carrying out the treatments to the highest possible standard. “This is an excellent practice. Chris was quick to suggest I visited a specialist straight away for a diagnosis rather than having a lengthy course of treatment first and then referring me on. Chris's initial thoughts on the condition proved to be spot on and his early advice to seek a specialist opinion and scan meant the issue was identified and solved quickly through a surgical procedure saving me weeks of inconvenience. Chris's post operative physio was targeted and effective and I believe played a crucial role in making a speedy recovery from knee surgery. All in all, thoroughly recommended.”

“Took my GSD to Elmfield Vets as they stock oral KC vaccination and my vet does not. Was made to feel very welcome. Ian gave me a great insight into the pros and cons of oral v. nasal KC and was very patient with my dog … who was a trembling wreck as he has an aversion to vets surgeries.! Thanks to all at Elmfield vets, what I anticipated being a stressful visit went quite smoothly!”

“10/10 They are slightly pricy, however staff are nothing but accommodating and well-mannered. They were able to fit me in next-day during the holiday season which most other surgeries weren't able to do and gave me an appointment for tooth removal within a week, taking care to making sure it was suited to my schedule. The dental surgeons are super professional and walked me through the entire procedure. Would recommend!”

“I have had two dogs, both in the care of Anne Nelson Vets. Three weeks ago, my beautiful girl died. She'd always been scared about going to the vets, because of one bad experience with a man in scrubs when she was very young. She did not like it there at all (not even this one!). But one vet here, Claire, was the exception. It confused my girl so much, because she didn't like anything vet-related- it was like her gut was telling her not to like Claire, but she liked her anyway, and she couldn't figure out what was going on. My pup got really sick, and Claire was so, so, so good to her and to us humans. Claire spoke to us both kindly and honestly, there were no mixed messages or 'false hope'. I'm incredibly grateful for that. I needed the science of what was going on with my dog's body, and she gave it to me and answered all my questions fully which helped me a lot. My dogs were, and still are, my whole heart- and Claire and all the staff knew that for sure, and they all cared about them a lot too. I cannot recommend this practice enough, and I'll never be able to fully express how grateful I am, because it's so much that it's just simply impossible. Again, thank you. A thousand thank yous.”
