“I came across Silhouette by chance whilst frantically trying to find a prom dress for my daughter. I turned up unannounced and Michelle was an absolute treasure making time to see me to discuss my needs and then managed to find time on another day for my daughter and I to visit her shop to look at her dresses. Having met my daughter Michelle completely got what she wanted and why, which was great. We now have a very happy young lady , a beautiful dress and shop we will definitely visit again. “Bunny ear sweater is adorable! I was looking for a baby sweatshirt with bunny ears and finding a cute one was not very easy. This one is just right. I like the neutral tan color, although the color does look a bit like a kangaroo. Would be great if they had the sweater in an off white. Wooden buttons are very nice. Highly recommend this company. The clothes are very well made.”

“If only there were 6 stars! Mini Rodini is fabulous, yes, but at the end of the day, a retail shop is only as good as its people. From my first visit to the store my toddler and I were made to feel at home. They welcomed her, offering immediately to close the shop door to the side wall so that she could run freely around the store. (Thoughtful!) They are personable, helpful and very kind. Rogerio is amazing at suggesting pieces for her knowing what I like, keeps you in the know for specials in London and will always hold a size for you to pick up. The team has made me even more loyal to the brand, and now I shop solely in store versus online. Obrigada!”

“I can't give a high enough review for Maree Jewellery! I am lucky enough to own a few pieces of her jewellery and they are beautiful. Her customer service is second to none. She went above and beyond recently to help me with a present that I'd been bought but it wasn't quite what I wanted so It was changed with no problem and communication was great throughout the whole process.”

“Fantastic products and great customer care too. I was gifted the little chick london baby crib and can honestly say it was amazing! I had looked into alternatives before seeing this crib but a lot of the reviews I read all said that babies outgrew them by 4 months and many parents then felt forced into moving their baby into their own room due to lack of space. My daughter was able to sleep next to me but in her own space until she was 7 months old and could have continued sleeping there for another 2 or so months had it not been my decision to move her into her own room. The sides of the crib are mesh so I never worried about breathing issues and the crib folded very easily for the times I felt I needed extra space (could easily have been put up and down throughout the day). The Scandinavian style was modern and appealing to me too! A truly fantastic product that I’d recommend over and over again. The company themselves have always been incredibly helpful, efficient with dispatching orders and have always provided with me with excellent customer service and their products are very well priced in comparison with competitors. “Came to sirplus looking for an outfit for my wedding. Henrik and his colleague (didn’t catch her name as she was serving another customer when I left!) were super helpful, real can do attitude as I tried on about 80% of their stock and just gave a real feel good vibe! The clothes are great, material feels good and they all fit really well. Great place to go if you are looking for garments for a smart occasion but doesn’t break the bank. Also like how their stuff can also fit something a bit more casual.”

Because the toys I want are out of stock in America and jellycat is from London, I searched “jellycat” in Google Maps and saw there is a comment saying”a huge collection of jellycat” under “So Tiny London”. I went to So Tiny, there was no stock but Emma said she could help retain the toys when they are in stock and send toys to New York. Thanks Emma, I received the toys and they are very lovely.”

Originally they were closing at 7pm we arrived at 6:50pm and they was so helpful to help advise on colours and styles from dresses, jackets shoes and accessories we was not rushed and both girls could not have been more genuinely interested in helping us.
