“Really good service! I usually go there to pick up online orders I have placed. Staff is quite young, some of them more energetic and better with customers than others. But overall thestorehas a great variety just lacks bigger sizes in all items. Will have mainly sizes 10 and 12 on hangers. Rare to find a 14 or 16.”

“In store experience was good, we ordered a sofa at the beginning of May which would take an estimated 12 weeks for delivery. After 11weeks we received an email providing a delivery date which is in a week’s time and asking for balance. At this point we thought we’d ask the store if they know of anyone local to discard the old sofa and we stumbled over many bad google reviews about problems and got worried. Admittedly the Slough store never called us back (as requested by the SCS customer service), but our enquiry was not related to the purchase and review on trustpilot for overall feedback and delivery service was good. A day before the delivery we were given a time window. On the day we received a call half an hour before delivery. The team was great and efficient. And the sofa is as we ordered.”
