“Took my daughter to have her ears pierced on the 29th July and was served by Emma. Emma was great with my daughter who was really anxious. She explained the process really well and was patient whilst my daughter picked her earrings. Emma was seen sanatising her work areas which was really reassuring and took all the relevant hygiene precautions. Really great service and highly recommended!!!”

“I ordered a Hurtta coat for my dog but it didn’t fit and unfortunately I had to send it back for a bigger size, when I received it it also didn’t fit. I then spoke to Graham several times who was so helpful and understanding and he helped me find the right size for my dog and after the third order this one fits perfectly. The customer service was great and they were so helpful despite me ordering three times and sending the items back.
