The staff are always super helpful when it comes to sizing, I needed a dress for holiday and the size wasn’t available in store the ladies kindly ordered it for me and I had it within two days, they always go above and beyond for their customers which is rare to find in most shops!”

“Visited in May 2019 and had such a satisfying experience. Came out of the shop with a dark olive field jacket, navy merino wool shirt with a standard collar, and a big smile on my face. If you ever get frustrated of the knowledge of shop staff, you will not get this here. Paul, the one half of SEH Kelly, and the wordsmith behind the amazing product descriptions on the website and Instagram account, will be right in front of you. The many anecdotes around the clothes will establish a personal connection with you and the objects, even before you start wearing them (if that's what you are after!). The shop has a very cosy atmosphere, with warm lighting, calming music, nicely-displayed items of clothing, and a full-length mirror. If you are able to visit, I recommend trying on different items of clothing, just to establish your size by type of clothing for future online orders. I found out that my shirt size was one size bigger than my jacket/coat size. Cannot recommend more. London is lucky to have such an establishment.”

“I had a great customer service in the store, Jenn and Vlad are always very helpful every time I come in the store. However the waiting time for consigning items is very long, can take up to 45 days. I really hope this will improve in the near future. Some of my original packaging was lost-damaged when I asked for my items back. Nevertheless, the store has a great collection of luxury brands as Chanel, Hermes etc, very impressive items. Thank you to Chiara who is always so supportive with any of my queries.”
