“This review is for Next Beauty and Home store. After a right mix up with Next online my parcel was MIA, Next customer service was also a let down. BUT Rebecca the watford store manager and another member of staff I spoke with on the phone are the reason I will still continue to shop at Next. Customer service has alot to learn from these lovely ladies; they were a joy to speak to, very clued up and great at communicating. “A brilliant shop for mens clothes. Nice to find what I would class as an old fashioned clothes shop. All the clothes are new mind and upto date of course. But you get very well looked after here, they measure you correctly then make suggestions. They even have an alteration service FOC of needed, so you can fit the exact clothes you want. Very friendly service and certainly worth a visit. I've been going here for years now and won't stop...”

“Visited Sunday 19/06/22 specifically for remoska racks I brought both the standard and the grand racks £9;99 £10:99 respectively I brought them for my combination microwave oven as the rack was missing as this was brought second hand but totally brand new and only £25:00 from British heart Foundation shop Hemel Hempstead Herts well worth the train fare. yes some stuff is a bit dearer than other places but I've never been let down by the quality with any products plus there a very few kitchen accessories shops anywhere and not all of us like or want to order online and I used both racks yesterday and again today I wish I could give more stars”
