Takeshi's extensive experience as a stylist in both Japan & London make BHC a popular choice amongst both locals and its devoted clientele. Very popular on Saturdays (it's not open on Sundays) and in the evening, so if you are after an appointment outside of work hours, make sure you book well in advance - again, a reflection of the high standards of service you get at BHC.”

“I never trust reviews as I always think they must be made up - but I so hope you trust mine! I am 53 and have spent a lifetime of dreading my hair, hairdressers, chopping and changing (hair and salons) in the quest to find a decent style, etc. Bethanie has transformed me! Kind, funny, charismatic and knows exactly what she’s doing. She’ll listen but gently steer you along the right path if she envisages a better style/length to suit you. I’ve been seeing her for over six years (she’s now taken over this salon), as have my three teens and I always always always love her colour and cuts. She is a wonderful stylist/director/hairdresser who goes above and beyond to accommodate you with a slot (she even gave me a pair of mini straighteners once so I could try them out!). If she ever moves I’m going with her. But she won’t as this is her venture. Book her. You’ll want to thank me (and her!).”

She recommended me a haircut to what suits my natural hair type and face shape and I've never loved my hair more or felt more confident in my life. I'm able to be so much more low maintenance with my hair care routine because the cut just falls in exactly the way I want it too. She is also the funniest nicest stylist so I'd go just for the chair side chat if I could.”

“A friend recommended this salon to me and Im so glad I listened to her as I have been over the moon with everything I have experienced. - The staff are always friendly and seem genuinely happy to see you and work there. It creates a lovely atmosphere as they all seem like a great team - nicely decorated and always clean - I book Emily for my cut&colour (short choppy bob/all over brunette) and she has been amazing every time. I was bored of my style and got into a bit of a rut but she chatted it through with me and suggested a few different things and gave great advice on how to tweak it and Im so happy with the result. The colour lasts really well and makes my hair look really glossy - I also use Sam for my daughters hair cuts and he is fab, very patient with a fidgety five year old and then always styles it beautifully after. - offers amazing drinks/biscuits while using the salon and you can also order food from The Brentwood Kitchen next door to eat while having your appt which is such a great idea”
