“I had the most pleasant experience in Clarkes Wembley outlet and this is all down to Heather . For the first time , I received red carpet treatment - Heather helped me chose the right pair of shoes and even went the extra mile to check out the back to see if they had my size in store. This blew me away given I’ve been in the suite many times and when asking if they could check out the back for my size if it wasn’t displayed - the short answer I received if it’s not on the display shelf, we don’t have them. Heather , fine her job exceptionally well & proved the theory wrong as my size was out the back - last pair - I was lucky and very grateful to Heather . She helped me with the sizing, gave me the sound advice, ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority snd nothing was too difficult . I ended up buying two pairs of shoes as a result of the service provided by Heather . Overall, Heather is a valuable asset to Clarkes - she is polite, professional, knowledgeable with the best customer care values and equally stroke s good rapport - I felt like a queen - old school ways are hard to beat svd find these days. Heather, only for you - I would have left the store - gladly , you were there and thank you for giving me the most pleasant shoe shopping experience at Clarkes - it’s a first. I think there are quite a few Clarkes store staff that could take a leaf and lessons from Heathers book. Thank you again. Love my shoes .”

My son cannot stand the clippers, nor the scissors, but the man used to clippers to cut his hair quickly, and gave him break when needed. Thank you very much, for not giving up and being caring!”

“Bought a small special pizza and chicken burger meal. Both were £4 each. Burger was s chicken steak burger, place was quiet so everything was made fresh to order which took a bit of time. Burger was just a standard steak burger, chips were fresh too which was nice. The pizza was small but good for the price. Because it was fresh, it was very tasty. I will be back to order more pizzas as they have some great deals on double and triple pizza collection.”

Lakshila's work area is also very clean an relaxing, her colleagues are all friendly an polite they all make you feel welcome. My appointments could have good days and bad days with my eyes, no matter what Lakshila right there explaining stage by stage the process. Lakshila is very skilled at her job, I appreciate her professional conduct, Lakshila is a patient lovely happy woman, its a pleasure to have her as my beautian. I've had 1 bad experience in the past with a beautian. Once meeting back up with Lakshila, I'd had to explain my experience. With no worries about what was said Lakshila got to work on my eyes this was a very bad day for my eyes they were being very disobedient keep watering for the whole time, speaking to her I was reassured. As stated one year on I'm over the moon time time again with her work.”
