They did not have them in my size but the gentleman serving ordered them for me, took my original pair and arranged to have the new pair delivered to my home at no extra cost. What fabulous service. “Rooms were adaquate for what we needed. Its not a high end hotel but a large bed maybe a super king, so plemty of room We were in loft room had a quirky ensuite door but worked very well. There is a mini fridge in room nothing in but to use for any items you need to keep cool and fresh Also a mini safe, we didnt use this Was warm and clean and great located my sheppards bush station literally next door”
