“Went to jd sports in staines today so my son could redeem a Fashion favourites gift card that my son was given as a gift. The staff were very helpful and patient as we tried, tried and tried again, we were in the shop for over an hour trying to redeem the card. Unfortunately to no avail then one off the staff suggested changing the card for another gift card in store. Which I agreed to so they went off to see the manager to see if we could do that. However because JD Sports do not accept Fashion favourites gift cards due to problems, they suggested that I call them or better still go online and do a webcall as this would be free. Overall I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, patient and polite.”

“They did a great job with my 9 year olds ear piercings. Will go back when and if it's time for my younger children to get theirs done. As I got my ears pierced at a festival as a teenager, one thing I was concerned about before going was positioning the holes as perfectly as possible and I was satisfied that was done.”

I rang them to see if they could deliver asap they couldn't use there usual delivery driver so a gentleman in the shop used his own car and delivered it. He is now able to recite nursery rhymes, count and say the alphabet - I’m so proud! The staff are so welcoming to both parents and children and it is easy to address any queries or questions about his day to day learning through WhatsApp and their app. I can't praise all the ladies enough for all their love, care and support with my son! Some days he has off days and doesn’t want to leave me; but the ladies embrace him when he’s sad and at home time he doesn’t want to leave! I’m looking forward to seeing how he grows in his last few terms before school this year!”
