“We held a charity Ladies Lunch and Fashion Show at the newly refurbished Holiday Inn, Shepperton, and it was amazing. From the initial contact and throughout the process all requests/arrangements were met with a positive ‘no problem’ attitude. Under the leadership of the amazing Sandra the whole team were warm, friendly and professional throughout the day. Rooms were provided for the models and choir to get ready in and the main event took place in a beautifully prepared dining room. Nearly 150 guests dined on fantastic food - all delicious, promptly served, and the hot food was hot! This is an annual event, but our first time at this venue, and we will certainly be back - our guests will insist on it! Well done and our grateful thanks to everyone involved. Why would you visit this place when the cakes, coffee, sandwiches and jacket potatoes are so so good . Also found out today they provide outside catering too! “My 'go to' clothing shop , I head out to Blue from London maybe once or twice a year. I have to admit I hate shopping but they make it SO easy here. Super suitable for my shape and I can't believe how flattering some of their clothes are - Donna suggested a couple of things to try on and KAPOW ! I wish I could impress upon you how 'worth it ' a visit would be. Just try it once and you will have some lovely well priced things to cheer up your wardrobe. I went last Saturday and I'm thrilled.”

“We have been hugely impressed with the quality of service from Emily, Daniel, Richard and the whole team. We had a major refurbishment project involving a new kitchen and pantry, 4 new bathrooms/shower rooms and a cloakroom. Walls had to be taken down and the existing rooms gutted. Emily was extraordinarily attentive and her design ideas proved to be top rate. You will probably only do this scale of project once or twice in a lifetime and Sanctuary proved an excellent and totally reliable choice. This was all achieved during a period of lock down and Emily went to great lengths to ensure that our project was completed within our timescale.”

“Purchased my wife's engagement ring from here a couple of years ago and unfortunately the diamond had come loose. When I informed Samara James they provided a next day courier service to collect the damaged ring and have completed two repairs over the past month. The customer service team have been very attentive and have shown a lot of empathy in regard to my concerns of such a sentimental ring breaking. I was aligned a dedicated representative from Samara James and they kept me updated on the status and on-going progress of the ring throughout. Following a few conversations with Samara James I am confident that they supply high quality jewellery & will support me post sale which is just as important.
