Gouldy was very kind on the phone, he put my order on hold giving me time to decide and offered me different options, explaining that if I cancel I will incure fees as per their Terms & Conditions. At the end I decided to cancel my order. My refund was very quick and I was charged £50 administration fees for my cancelation. I will be more careful before placing orders in the future.”
