Eos Dance School
● Closed“I cannot thank Miss Ari and Eos Dance school enough for the ongoing support my daughter received. Due to personal circumstances we had to relocate to London and whilst staying in a temporary accommodation, I reached out to Miss Ari enquiring about a concession for my daughter, explaining how much she loved Balet. Miss Ari was very understanding and accommodating. The enrolment process was easy enough to follow. She even provided the uniform and offered extra classes to my little ballerina. My daughter loves miss Ari and still remembers her teacher. We have now moved to another area in London and although my daughter no longer attends Eos Dance school due to the distance involved, she still carries on with Balet and I am forever grateful for the support we received at the most difficult time in our lives. Would definitely recommend Eos Dance School to everyone.”

Flow Dance Oval
● Closed“Thursday Pilates class with Josie Kukor was great. This was my first time at Flow, so wasn’t sure what to expect. I am completely out of shape - but Josie was incredibly kind and helpful to get me started. There needs to be more instructors as warm as she is - makes everything so much easier. The dance studio is not pretentious and feels very much like “home”.”

Exotica Pole Dance Studio
● Closed“One of the best pole studios I've had the pleasure of trying. I live and train in NYC and got to come to 2 Exotica classes while on holiday in London, and let me tell you... I would move to this city just for this studio. The teachers are so wonderful and invested in our success. The space is open and bright. We all get our own pole too, which is a training game changer. Thank you, Exotica! I will definitely be back!”

Innovation Dance Studios Ealing
● Closed“My daughter has been attending ID for 10 years since she was 4, she absolutely loves it and had made friends for life. They have yearly shows at Questors theatre for the dancers to showcase their talents, my daughter competes all over the country in competitions with them, the pastoral care is second to none, especially after lockdown when they secured free counselling for their teens. So lucky to have them locally…”

-
McAlpine Dance
● Open“Louisa is a brilliant ballet teacher, as we know well from pre-lockdown days. Lessons during lockdown on Zoom have been a godsend for our family, engaging and developing our four year old, while giving her parents a bit of a break! We'd all prefer to be in the room of course, but Louisa's ability to make lots of little girls and boys enjoy and learn ballet, and completely forget that they are doing it on Zoom, is highly impressive. It' s the highlight of our Saturday and we are very grateful.”

The Windmill Studio Centre
● Closed“My son had a wonderful time at his 7th birthday party here on Sunday 3rd September. It was extremely well organised and fun for the children. The team took care of almost everything which meant that I could really relax. My son absolutely loved the party. He wants me to mention here that he rates the party five stars because of the amazing activities. He chose a pirates theme and particularly enjoyed the tug of war. Thank you to the team at Windmill studios for such a memorable birthday party. I can highly recommend this venue!”

Pineapple Dance Studios
● Closed“Easily the best dance studios in London and probably the World. Have been sending dancers to classes here for over 20 years. Great friendly and edgy atmosphere. All studios with mirrirs, barre, sound systems and pianos. Varying sizes across 4 floors. Literally every type of dance class from beginners ballet and jazz to West end companies and reggaeton. Studios can be hired for very reasonable prices but they are busy. Classes range in price and you can join as a member. Highly recommended.”

Greenwich Dance
● Closed“I’ve attended various events at Greenwich Dance and found each one singularly impressive. I love the building, the staff are well informed, professional and hugely helpful and the facilities seem to cater well to the broad range of activity and performance provided by this characteristic and requisite studio in the charitable arts. My wife and I look forward to our next outing. Keep up the great work!”

Stratford Studios
● Closed“I moved into this property quite recently and Sam and the other staff have been absolutely amazing in helping me move in and making it a smoother process for me. All questions I had or if something that needed to be fixed was addressed very quickly and sorted at the earliest. It has been an absolutely pleasant experience so far.”

Base Dance Studios
● Closed“Massive variety of classes, including well known folk you'll recognise from other London dance studios. Classes are often 90 minutes (at cheaper prices!), so you get more of a chance to learn the choreo. People pay before class (no door fee, just class fee) so teachers don't have to stop teaching to collect money from people. Since opening they've fixed the remaining bits and pieces - there are benches in change rooms now and mirrors in the studios don't get misty any more! No showers though.”
-
Canada Water Studios
● Closed“I love this place; the atmosphere is very relaxed. I like it because there are no membership fees like most places in London. Some classes are booked via the studio's online booking system and some are booked directly with the instructor. My whole family do activities there and the kids love it.”

South London Dance School
● Closed“SLDS is a wonderful dance school! We enrolled our daughter when she was 5 and there she stayed until now, at the age of 18 (it was at a different venue then, under a different name). She experienced all genres that were offered and excelled at most. She took part in several of their shows and presentation of class work; as well as competing in some dance festivals, where she won several medals. She wasn't the most outgoing child but these experiences helped her mature into a determined young woman who is responsible and disciplined. It also gave her a life long love of exercise! Through the 13 years she was there she made friends and had a fantastic time. She counts present and past teachers as her friends as well. After a period of indecision she decided against pursuing a career in dance, but we are sure she will carry on dancing wherever life takes her. When researching universities, dance was always a consideration. And talking universities, the several advanced level exam certificates she holds now add extra UCAS points for her applications. I highly recommend SLDS to anyone who would wish to introduce their child to dance. Thank you to all the teachers and to Miss Zoe for their amazing dedication. C&J”

Husky Studios
● Closed“I run dance classes regularly at Husky Studios so thought it was about time I wrote a review. My classes have always ran smoothly and the staff are friendly and polite. Moreover many of the people attending my class are appreciative of the covid policies and practices they have in place. They clearly have worked very hard in an attempt to make dancers feel safe and comfortable attending dance classes again for this I am grateful.”
