“Lovely swimming school with excellent teachers. They take great care in ensuring children are happy and comfortable in the water before teaching them excellent technique in each of the four main strokes. The classes are a good size, allowing for individualised instructions where required and as they progress the children gain stamina, speed and confidence. They also provide feedback and updates on children's progress, moving them up levels when they need to or identifying areas in which they could improve. A great swim school that we'd highly recommend.”

“This is a great Krav Maga school run by a very experienced instructor, Jack. He is a great instructor with a friendly temperament and very experienced at training both adults and teenagers. The sessions have the perfect combination of being fun, practical and realistic. I have no hesitation in recommending Triccs Academy to complete beginners and experienced jiu jitsu students!”

“My personal experiences are that the beginner level classes are not too intense and would be suitable for both people who normally exercise and those that don’t . The physicality requirement is similar to beginner dancing level of workout. The class is a mix of warm up, light arm and footwork, some pad hitting practice and of course the Hung Gar forms. The teacher will guide and advise you based on your personal level. No prior martial arts experience seems to be necessary, and the teaching style is relaxed. I would recommend anyone who is interested in Chinese king fu and culture to try out as it’s both fun and great for body and mind”

“My 3 children and I are attending regularly the club (Almost everyday with all the sessions on offer!!) We only joined a few years ago but we truly feel part of the family. The whole team is wonderful, enthusiastic, friendly. Daniel as the main coach, Ocean as the kicksisters’ instructor (lady only class) and Shakira running the machine are amazing people. “If you are in the area I can’t recommend this gym enough! I dropped in for a trial class as I was staying up in London for the week, and was warmly welcomed by the instructors and other students upon arrival. The coaches were extremely friendly and the class structure was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. To top this all off, the head coach was kind enough to roll with me during the sparring portion of the class, which was a thorough outclassing- but that is what we come for! I have frizzy curly hair and when I got to the salon they did a detailed explanation of what would happen and what service was the best for outcome I wanted. They did offer hair Botox which is similar but keeps the curls but I wanted it straight for now and might try hair Botox after! It’s my second wash now and my hair is the straightest sleekest it’s ever been! I’ve had a few done in London before but my mate was right when she said this is the best place for keratin treatment”
