“I cannot speak too highly of Swimming Lessons London’s teaching techniques and teacher Theo in particular. I was past retirement age when I decided that I must overcome my long held fear of the water, and it was only a matter of a few lessons with Theo before I began to gain confidence. Theo was incredibly patient, helpful and encouraging and systematically worked on improving my capability, technique and stamina. It all goes to show that it’s never too late to start, no matter how old you are. Highly recommended for everyone.”

“Why did I choose the International Swimming Academy? It all started when I visited my friend and I saw all her little daughters swimming like a dolphins! I was really impressed by ISA system and at that time I was only pregnant, but I knew I wanted the same for Pernille :) My Daughter started her lessons when she was 9 months old with just a trial lesson... and since then I saw how important is for your child to start early so they get confidence and get used to water. “Jerome and his team at Aqua Heroes are amazing! My son started just a few months ago with absolutely no experience in water. He is now swimming and jumping in, I can see his confidence growing and now he is asking to go swimming, something he never did before. The activities are fun, engaging and age appropriate. No problem with my dyspraxic and ADHD daughter attending - they were able to break instructions down for her. “A brilliant community pool. Took my 2 year old there for family swim on a Saturday morning and she loved it. Floats/noodles in the pool and music playing. Changing rooms are around the pool and you can leave your belongings in them whilst you swim in full view (and you don't have to pay for them). £4.40 for an adult and child is good too.”
