"A very good experience altogether. Breakneck speed, kept on our toes but lots of repetition so the main points to remember sank in. Alarming to realised there would be an exam at the end of the morning's teaching, but we all passed, with immense relief. Helped to boost our confidence as well. Practical part in the pool, based on the work we'd done in the morning, equally well taught and by the end felt a lot more confident I'd be able to cope in a pool emergency than before I began. Just hope I can remember it all if an emergency situation should occur. Stay calm!! Thank you so much Adam !"
