“Having had many bad experiences in a dental chair as a child/young man I was very worried about even making an appointment. When I rang to make the appointment the staff were very helpful, efficient and personable, this helped put me at ease. The care I then received was so much better than any other dental experience I'd had. I had to have a filling replaced and a tooth removed as another old filling had come loose and become infected (it was the second molar from the back). I felt next to nothing from the injections and the actual treatment was completely painless. This was yesterday at 4pm, my jaw was a little tender this morning but now I honestly can't feel any pain at all, it is only 24 hours later. I'm a 50 year old who is only now happy to have already booked a check up for 6 months time after going to the dentist just 6 times in the last 32 years.”

“We have used Vanessa, for our cockapoo, Lola, since she was a very young puppy. Lola, and us, love Vanessa, she cares for all the dogs like they were her own. Lola waits by the door and jumps into the doggybus with delight every walk for her walk/ball throw with her doggy buddies. As owners, we have complete trust and faith in Vanessa. She is extremely reliable, flexible and trustworthy. As an added bonus we get the best photos of Lola on every walk.
