From my first visit to the store my toddler and I were made to feel at home. They welcomed her, offering immediately to close the shop door to the side wall so that she could run freely around the store. (Thoughtful!) They are personable, helpful and very kind. Rogerio is amazing at suggesting pieces for her knowing what I like, keeps you in the know for specials in London and will always hold a size for you to pick up. The move to offering a VIP room has made the experience even better, booked slot rather than drop-in, the room’s quiet, I’ve never felt the feeling Nabi was rushing my cut due to other customers waiting, but in the room there’s no distractions and no consciousness of other customers. Will be interesting to hear how Nabi progresses his next record attempt!”

Based on prior experience with other similar companies we were a bit hesitant, but there was no need to be. We provided a brief of what was needed which was basically a new kitchen, utility room, 2 ensuites and family bathroom. We wanted to budget in certain areas and spend more in others, the vast selection of products caters for this really well. The team were excellent, put together some great design proposals with practical considerations that were not highlighted by previous companies we had visited. A very competitive price was given especially combining the tiles. We placed our order and over the period of the renovation build, inhouse design were excellent keeping me updated on the progress of my order and working around the renovation project schedule which was not going to plan!. We are delighted with our Kitchen, utility room and bathrooms. We look back and think which companies we had used that we would recommend to others, no hesitations to recommend this company for sure.”

We bought our German kitchen and all the electric equipment which was designed and supplied by Prestige and fitted by our own carpenter, but the team paid undivided attention during the fitting process and ensured we were happy with the outcome at every step of the way. During the fitting period, we encountered a little issue to which Mohammed came directly to the site to address the issue and gave his professional advise to assess and correct the matter (even though the sale been completed). The team worked very closely with our fitters and Mohammed visited the project at different occasions to make sure everything was fitted clinically. Overall, amazing service and outstanding professionalism, would always recommend such good service to anyone buying a new kitchen and would always use them if l ever I have another opportunity to buy new kitchen.
