Marta has been really patient throughout the process as we made updates (and changed our minds!) along the way. Also had a great experience with support from Julie in sourcing obscure missing parts needed for drawers etc Great customer service all round, excellent efficient communication all through the process. “We cancelled our Tempur mattress order from a well known department store after discovering a Cool touch version of the same Sensation elite model which was exclusive only to Dreams. Our Superking bed was not only £100 cheaper, there were also 2 free tempur pillows, and other offers totalling to £210 discount. Ioana at the WoT store was brilliant, got us to try the Sleep match bed which confirmed our selection and was very careful about helping us try the mattresses hygienically which was important to us. Our mattress was delivered in just 1 week by Dreams own delivery crew Matt and Craig who were brilliant in handling the very heavy mattress and removing our old mattress calling us twice before delivery. Really didn't expect such a pleasant experience buying a mattress!”

These kind of small local shops are more expensive and more expensive to run. People don't spend that much in these. Big money they leave in big shops, but if something is missing, we all go to local, most knowing that experience will be quite bad or so so, and it was. Till they employed ginger haired guy (sorry- I don't remember his name). Long ginger hair. He has made it so much better. Quick, nice, professional, unlike chatty members of staff and what is most important really helpful and informative. He has remembered I just to buy old holdborn original, that was not available for some period of time in this shop. Had yellow holborn that I dislike. During my last shopping, at the checkout I was told that the one I smoke is now available. I know, it's a tiny thing, but these tiny things make our experience in local shops so much better. Now I feel, like it is my local shop to go. Thank you.”

“So pleased with my Rebel3&2 in blush, very prompt delivery, drivers friendly efficient didn't grumble about stairs. Craig in store was just what you want in a salesman, knowledgeable,friendly, polite he certainly knows what the customer wants/doesnt want. Super easy to put together, so firm, cushions do not slide around even when my (horrible children) jump 3ft in the air to sit on them more training needed on that front.......just bring it back in blush so I can upgrade my rebel2 but not in velvet please.”
