“From design to fitting and aftercare; Vin, Vlad, Harvey and Raman have been brilliant. Whilst our build was delayed, Vin was meticulous with design and planning working closely with our contractors and always provided advice balanced between design and ergonomics. Their fitter was second to none and wouldn’t settle for anything less than perfect whilst Raman and Harvey were extremely understanding and helpful whilst dealing with an unexpected event. “We love Danielle. She is amazing. Friendly, connects with the doggies and its obvious she loves her job. My Hercules loves going for a groom, Danielle puts him at ease, sits on the floor and plays with him and takes her time to do the best possible job she can on him. his coat was very knotty this time so we had to go super short but she consulted me before doing this and always keeps me informed eith pictures throughout his time with her. it's a nice environment too, with a doggie couch, toys and there's enough parking available too. I cant fault Danielle and wish I'd found her from the start rather than a nearby big chain petshop who were completely impersonal and left us with unpleasant experiences. Danielle really cares and that's what makes her so good at her job.”

Tina had good product knowledge and her advice was much appreciated. Communication was very good and all the order paperwork was emailed to me promptly. Delivery happened as arranged without delay with a telephone call when the crew were on their way. “I have been using Harefield (Danny and Marie run this business) for over 10 years for the cars I have owned including my Audi A1. They have been 100% reliable, fantastic service and always deliver the car back to me repaired - SAFE - and at a very reasonable cost. An example of how fantastic their personal service to my husband and I was demonstrated today. During an inspection of his car, my husband's iphone slipped down through the engine cavity and was lost. Without any quibble or hesitation, the car was seen to immediately. Danny got the car on the ramps. Took bits off it and dug around with a torch. The phone was miraculously produced from underneath the complicated mechanics and restored in perfect condition. All this and NO CHARGE - I guess this is the sort of fantastic thoughtful service that he offers to all his regular customers. Thank you Danny and Marie.”
