● Open“I went to this school, back in 1986-93 although I didn't like school, I wouldn’t fault it, the teachers did a brilliant job, it can't have been easy and the head teacher was good as well, remembering all of the pupils names, I have trouble remembering my own children's names, so to remember how ever many pupils were there at the time I was there, he must have had a good memory.”

I was warmly welcomed by the staff and found the hall prepared just as I had requested. The day was well organised with all groups arriving on time. The excited but well-behaved students enjoyed a rich selection of content: voyaging with Charles Darwin to the Galapagos on the HMS Beagle; learning about dinosaurs and the origin of birds; and diving under the waves to explore coral reefs and the deepest oceans. Thank you Micklefield School for a very pleasant visit.”
