She was immediately put at ease with Krystal,who seems to have the magic touch She even cut her nails, no one has ever been able to attempt this. The APO gym is fantastic and I also use its shared co-working space all the time. I just think this whole development is a breath of fresh air in Barking! You're all doing an awesome job guys :-) P.S: the only teeny tiny thing I'd change is if we residents could use the toilet in the shared co-working space! If it's possible... that would be AWESOME”

“I had the worst back pain I have ever experienced. I was unable to walk and my back completely arched forward. After 1 session with Andy my back was completely straight. After a couple of sessions I was able to walk comfortably and unaided and without any pain. Andy is professional and tells you exactly what you have done wrong and how to fix it. “I used this dog boarding service when we went on holiday back in February. My puppy German shepherd was 3 months old then and I was anxious how he would be around anyone other than us. He also suffered from separation anxiety. We made Lauren aware of our concerns and also wanted some lead training done whilst he stayed there. Togo loved his first stay and learnt a lot and we also were sent picture and videos of how he was doing. Since then Togo has stayed on a number of occasions for 2-3 days at a time and I know if I make a call for advice I’ll be given correct information too.Togo is now 7 months and is always happy to stay with Lauren. It’s like he has a second set of parents and to know they are fully insured and have the correct training means I can rest assured that Togo is safe and well looked after.”
