“I think the classes are really good. All the coaches are very professional and very dynamic. I absolutely love the spin classes. I have been to many other providers in London and these spin classes are the best in my opinion. I like that the atmosphere is so supportive between members too, it just feels good to be in those classes. Maybe the gym area is a bit small, I do not use the changing rooms as I live nearby. I am yet to go to the swimming pool.”

“Visited today and was met by Michael really friendly helpful man. My mum was with me and we needed 2 new tyres on her disability vehicle. Michael looked after us while we waited ensuring at all times my mum was comfortable on the chairs in reception. Michael also parked the car right by the front door once it was finished so my mum didn’t have far to walk in the rain. This guy has exceptional customer service and goes above and beyond for all clients who visit. The classes are a good size, allowing for individualised instructions where required and as they progress the children gain stamina, speed and confidence. They also provide feedback and updates on children's progress, moving them up levels when they need to or identifying areas in which they could improve.
